Key duties and responsibilities:
- Identify technical training needs in line the AGSA’s strategy and operational requirements
- Develop and update technical training programmes
- Conduct research in specialised field for which training material should be developed
- Complete relevant training administration during training
- Pilot and provide input into quality and relevance of training material
- Ensure high quality learning delivery
- Implement technical aspects of induction programme to ensure effective integration of new employees
- Ensure comprehensive logistical planning for training programmes
- Share audit product knowledge with stakeholders and assist with implementation of audit product solutions
Skills, experience and education:
- Post graduate qualification in auditing and accounting with completed articles and 1-3 years post articles experience
- Professional qualification CA(SA) and/or registration at a relevant professional institute
- An ability to liaise with and communicate relevant information to appropriate stakeholders in order to seek input and inform their decisions or activities
- Presentation and training skills
